Francis McBride served an apprenticeship as a motor mechanic, after leaving school at 16, and worked as a motor mechanic for four years, throughout this time, Francis was taking a very keen interest driving and driver training, then entered the driving industry as a driving examiner, Francis then entered the driver training industry 32 years ago.

Francis focus is on a wide range of driving activities with one of them being developing the skills of driver trainers, (the people who train driving instructors) and driver trainers for firms running a large fleet of vehicles, my methods being unique and positive effect on the trainers, who have trained with Francis and have adopted them, Francis's experience in this field since 1965. Francis's experience is very wide and varied, from learners, driving instructors, fleet drivers, advanced drivers, Francis is also a skid control instructor, Francis also trains blue light drivers, road safety can be in improved by better driver education (more driver training) helping people to enjoy there driving, the starting point is always the driver, not the regulations, or the road, more driver training would reduce accidents dramatically. being a benefit to us all.
